2. Open up the chip with an impactor to assure that there is a clear path for the resin to penetrate

3. Applies prime to cracks and impact point

4. Inject resin with our RAS Head resin injector by DeltaKit

5. Allow resin to penetrate in the cracks for about 5 to 10 minutes

6. Remove RAS head inject and apply a clear film on top of the damaged area

7. Allow curing the resin with a UV Light

8. Remove UV light and the residues of the resin

9. Buff and polish the repaired chip to best match the original windshield surface.
